Hello! I’m David

I am VERY scared of people. I love the safety of my enclosure, good healthy food and I LOVE to play with toys!!! I would do best in a quiet home with no children under 15 years old. I like to have a window nearby to look out of. 

I Love to talk and whisle, every morning I will greet you with a friendly “Hello”

I will try and reach out and grab you with one or both of my feet. If I do manage to grab you, be careful as I can pull you towards my beak where I am most certainly going to bite!

I am VERY dusty so if you are prone to allergies, I won't be the right fit for you. 

I am known to pluck my feathers when I get scared, but once I settle, I stop plucking and let me feathers grow back in.

Please do not try and handle me, I won't step up for you. I will, however, greet you with a warm "hello" and some other words and phrases. 

This bird is not for children.
